These are the information you need to know about Dubai Investor VISA

​

Pros:

• The house owner can apply four parents, spouse and kids that are under 18.

• ​

• The family can all relocate and live in Dubai, with UAE ID, driver licenses, kids can go to Dubai school.

•  

• Once you have Investor VISA, you can open a company in Dubai.

Cons:

• You will not get a 2nd country passport.

• You have to fly in and out once each year.

• The VISA needs to be renewed every 3 yrs for AED 750,000 's Investor VISA,  no limited for renews.

All you need to know:

​

• The property should be owned by the applicant, and it should be a flat or a villa, title deed should be issued from Dubai land department.
• The property should be Freehold.
• The property purchased value is AED 750,000 or more.
• If the property is mortgage, it should be paid at least 50%, you have to provide loan statement of account from bank and NOC to apply for visa.

Investment Visa Requirements:

• Copy of title deed.
• Copy of passport.
• One personal photo graphic size 6 X 4.
• Copy of the current valid visa.
• Good Conduct Certificate from General Department of Criminal Investigations – Dubai Police headquarter (after getting N.O.C letter from Customer Service and apply it to Dubai Police).
• In case the property is mortgaged, NOC to issue visa residence on property from bank , must be in Arabic and stamped statement from the bank for the loan
• DEWA bill in case it is mentioned a land in the tile deed instead of a villa or rent contract if it is rented.

How to apply for the visa and renewal

• Apply all the requirements to customer services, you receive SMS that its initially approved within 3 to 10 working days, (visit DLD if you don’t receive SMS within 10 days).
• Then we transfer you to the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in the second floor in DLD building to type the visa application, and issue the permit of entry.
• The visa is for three years and it is renewable.
• In case the applicant needs to travel after he applied, he can provide power of attorney (P.O.A) to anyone, and it should be mentioned the statement "to complete the Visa process".
• To renew the visa, the applicant must check the procedures for renewal with the investment center.
Request for Investment Visa (Taskeen) Fees:
• Application fee: AED 945.
• Application completion fee after approval: AED 14,517.
• If the investor is 65 years or older, the application completion fee after approval is AED 19,084.
